As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours after receipt of payment, through NACEX with tracking number and delivery with signature.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses.Handling charges have a fixed price, while transportation costs may vary depending on the shipping address. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We can not combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for the damages that your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

In case of not receiving the package within the stipulated period or for any doubt or query about your shipment, you can contact us by sending an email to email@example.com and we will attend as soon as possible.
- You can return any product within 30 calendar days after the date of purchase of the item.
- The product to be returned must be in perfect condition (unused, new, with the labels and original packaging).
- The return management can be done through the customer service form by filling in the mandatory fields that appear in it.
- Once the good condition of the product has been verified, the price of the return will be discounted from the initial payment of the product.
